Tony Harris is a British teacher and musician, based in Padua, Italy.

He graduated from Staffordshire University with a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Music Technology in 2008. For his thesis, he recorded the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra in 5.1 Surround Sound and carried out a formal comparison between ORTF and XY recording.

After graduating, he worked in theatre and live music as a sound and video engineer, touring North America and Europe with various artists and productions.

Client include EMI, IMG Artists, Northern Broadsides, Manchester International Festival, Aztec UK, Metro, Stage Management Company, Deafinitely Theatre, Punchdrunk, Teatro San Gallo, Endar Service and many more.

He has lived in Italy since 2012 and shortly thereafter began teaching at a local International School – his subjects are Music, Music Technology and Computing.
